When Your Purpose is Love and Kindness
As a writer and medium I bring to you my heart on a sleeve. I have been fortunate in this life in many ways and one of those was to discover that my purpose is to bring love and kindness into the world. Through books, blogs, and videos, I share stories that weave spiritual concepts with real-life experiences—past and present, imagined and true—showing how even life’s greatest challenges can be transformed through light and wisdom. My more than 30 years as an occupational therapist, 20 years as a business and life coach and life-long spiritual journey allow me to draw on both practical experience and spiritual guidance to inspire compassion, resilience, and hope. In my spare time I enjoy my dog, Arya and cat Katrina (The Calico Oracle), gardening, food canning and herbalism. It is my hope to bring my soul’s purpose into every story, inviting you to join me in creating a more peaceful, connected, and soul-led world.
Why I Write
I write to make sense of the beautiful chaos of existence. My work explores themes of memory, connection, and the liminal spaces between what is real and what is imagined.
I aim to create novels that are not just an escape, but a return to a deeper part of ourselves, encouraging readers to see the magic threaded through the fabric of their own lives.
