Over 20 years ago, I had a side business as a life coach and in my search to 'name' the business Tula came to me. I used it in promotions, etc. I just liked it but had no idea it was connected to me until two years ago when my guides reminded me of Tula. So, I asked who or what Tula was? "You are Tula"That was surprising. I asked what they meant by that..."You are angel, Tula. First origin name. Means gift of kindness, loving kindness." Needless to say, I loved that! It felt right. The first thing I did was to name my business TULA Light. More recently, I began to use Tula Light as a pen name.
I've been connecting with spirit most of my life in some way or another. However, actual channeling began just two years ago. Some people channel through the gift of clairvoyance. They hear words or see visions that they translate into messages. Many of us require the use of tools to connect; tarot or oracle cards, scribing, divining rods and a pendulum, to name a few. I've tried them all with different degrees of success. The pendulum is my favored tool. I've become so skilled in it's use that I'm not just receiving messages, I'm having full conversations with source. My channeling 'partners' include my guide team: Archangel Metatron, Archangel Uriel, Archangel Hasmiel (aka Delligg), Angel Lokki, White Witch Gandrail and many others. I've also spent months with the Angel Galactic Counsel who come through when they have a particular task they need accomplished. And, more recently, Source/Yaffe/God has joined the conversation. They have been mainly present for Tula Connects-My Angel Morning Messages podcast.
Most days, I channel for 30 to 60 minutes primarily in the morning. It's quiet between 5:30 and 7:30 am. I sit in my PJs and comfy chair with my dog, Arya (the cutest mini-schnauzer on the planet), a cup of coffee beside me and my pendulum pad on my lap. I keep a notebook and pen handy to write down exactly what I ask and what they say.
It started not long after I began using the pendulum. One day, they spelled out a word that looked like nonsense to me. Then it happened again and again. I was a bit thick headed about it and thinking it was some kind of glitch. But, finally I stopped long enough to ask a question-'what is this word?' 'Angel word' came back. Imagine my surprise. I asked for it's meaning and they shared it with me. The word was amammy meaning the feeling of being kind. That was the moment. My innate curiosity was fired up and I wanted to know more. As of this date in Sept. 2026, my glossary has reached 215 words. At one point they used a new word - nammy - it means big inner work done for spiritual growth toward ascension to which they added 'love that you don't give up on language'. That told me that I was meant to learn it and share it. I do that now on my Substack newsletter-Tula Speaks
